The connector(s) will be under the seat at the front, and if you have an airbag in the seat itself (not sure if the 203 has door airbags or seat airbags) then there will be another connector inside the seat where that airbag plugs into. If this was my car I would start by looking at the plugs under the seat, I had a similar issue with my Audi (airbags in the seat), I removed the individual socket type crimps out of their connector bodies and very slightly squeezed them with a pair of pliers, put the connectors back together this cured my intermittent SRS light for me, just make sure you don't switch the ignition on when the connectors are apart.
I would say this is something to with the seat recognition pad, or as Malcolm said in his earlier post the seat connectors.

It solved the issue but I think some of the fluid may have leaked into the electronic cables on under the seat and caused the SRS light to come on. The entire instrument cluster was turned off. I think the light came on when I pulled, what I now realise, is the "airbag warning lamp" fuse and started up the vehicle when carrying out another work. I've got a warning message on my dash: "Restraint System Drive to Workshop! SRS" and am not sure what the source of the problem is.
